It was a private room on the top floor of a building of managed suites called Macleay Apartments but not managed or supported by the managers of the rest of the apartments which is a bit confusing but it worked fine for us. We stayed 2 nights but you could live there for a month. The location is great. Good supermarket and fabulous deli just across the road. We do intend to return to stay in the same room for a longer visit to Sydney.
