not so great

The room cards didn't work properly. Got them checked at reception and still only one worked. I reported to reception that the ironing board fell to pieces when we tried to use it on sunday, it was written in the maintenance book, but nothing was done about it. We had to re-assemble the ironing board ourselves. Not sue what you can do about the cab service, how bout offering them incentives?

Dont catch trains!!!!!!!!!!!!

we waited for 30 minutes for a cab to go to the airport on a quiet tueday afernoon, lucky we left early for our plane.
