Kitchen utensils sparse-no grater, beater, baking trays etc Lighting poor- blown globes,Lighting fused- sparks when reset.Complaint lodged -second complaint when another lot of sparks. Television- poor reception Needed a good clean- windows dirty, floor needed a wash, fluff / dirt under beds. Steps dangerous for small children- we had one small fall but children needed to be closely supervised when up stairs. Cot and high chair requested- needed to be reminded Above Darling Harbour indicates this but certainly removed from Darling Harbour. We had two small children and selected accomodation that we thought was within walking distance for two small children- price wasn't a consideration but location was. Checkin- long way from accomodation- provided with taxi but wonder if this would have been provided if not requested. Need map of place to buy groceries- found this difficult to locate. Found at end of stay. Map to buy cheap liquor- prices expensive!
Used Sydney pass- may not have been utilised fully especially with travel. Wildife next to Aquarium was fantastic. We have been to Sydney many times but not with children- many things to see and do but the Wildlife Centre was outstanding. Entrance is misleading- a must see for everyone. Transport good- easy to use. Would have liked Sydney Pass to include monorail and light rail. Especially with accommodation where it was.
This would have made life much easier. Having spent money on Sydney pass didn't want to but 7 day pass for monorail and light rail but this would have been better that 7 day travel pass which included trains, ferry and bus as we hardly used these. Sydney needs a good clean- very dirty.
