Disappointing to say the least.....

Upon checkin we were greeted by a less than enthused receptionist who had no record of our high floor request (despite this being recorded at time of booking because I am a light sleeper and did not want to be kept up by street noise) and could not be bothered even trying to help. Thus, we had a room on the first floor even after requesting it much earlier. From then, I was disappointed to find that the shower fawcett was loose (it in fact fell off in my hand!) and when I asked for additional towels/toilet paper I was dismissed and told it was ok.

On our last day, we enquired at reception if we could leave some bags before heading out the airport - reception again disappointed barking that the porters desk was downstairs! A simple yes/no would have sufficed. When you are paying 0 plus a night, you expect a certain level of service - I was definitely not satisfied and would not recommend staying unless you are getting a VERY attractive rate!
